Ordering your freestanding furniture: from design to delivery

We’re pretty well known for our professional fitted portfolio of kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms - where we take a room and reimagine it, from top to bottom. But what people don’t always know about us, is that we also have a range of freestanding furniture that can be shopped online and customised how you like. 

Here’s all you need to know about ordering your freestanding furniture, from design through to delivery.

Step 1: Choose your piece of freestanding furniture

From wardrobes and bookcases, to TV units and sideboards, whatever product you’re looking for, we can help. You have two options - get in touch with us directly to enquire about a piece, or browse our online shop, with lots of different size and colour options to choose from.

Step 2: Receive your bespoke design

If you’ve decided to reach out to us, we’ll ask you some questions before getting to work on the design of your piece, followed by a sketch, and pricing. 

Step 3: Made to order furniture

Once we’ve designed your piece, we’ll head into the workshop and get to work. Everything that leaves our workshop is handmade using the best quality materials (nothing is mass-produced or flat-packed), and finished with your choice of Farrow & Ball paint colours.

Step 4: Delivered to your door

We’ll arrange for delivery of your furniture and help you to place this in the perfect position in your home. We’ll also give you some top tips on how to care for your furniture - plus as a Benton Furniture customer, you can benefit from our refurbishment services.
