Their after sales is beyond excellent, recently I needed to change the tap valves and after 15 years they dug through their archives to find precisely the make and model. Also a couple of years ago we needed a larger aperture for our new fridge freezer and Richard and Jack ( father and son owners) came out and sorted it out for us with no fuss. An amazing company with high standards and great after sales service that is a rarity these days.
